The Useracknowledges LUMEN FINANCES's exclusive rights to the trademark and isprohibited from making any use of it and, more generally, from infringing LUMENFINANCES's intellectual property rights.

LUMENFINANCES is the exclusive owner ofall intellectual property rights relating toboth the structure and the contentof the Website. The entire Website isprotected by French legislation relatingto intellectual property. Allreproduction and performance rights are thereforereserved to LUMEN FINANCES.

Consequently,all texts, graphics,icons, photographs, plans, logos, videos, sounds,trademarks, and moregenerally all the elements making up the Website may not bethe subject of anyrepresentation, reproduction, exploitation or extraction, inwhole or in part,on any medium whatsoever, without the express priorauthorisation of LUMEN FINANCES.

THE USERDOES NOT ACQUIRE ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THEWEBSITE, THE CONTENTAND/OR THE PRODUCTS OFFERED OR ANY RIGHTS OTHER THAN THOSECONFERRED BY THESET&CS.

Any disputeor dispute relating tothe execution or interpretation of these T&Cs thatcannot be settledamicably between LUMEN FINANCES and the User concerned will besubmitted to thecompetent courts within the jurisdiction of the BrusselsCommercial Court.
